Booking Requirements

All persons and organizations desiring to use the Corn Palace shall be required to enter into a written contract in the form required by the City of Mitchell for such purposes. Booking dates will not be confirmed until the City of Mitchell/Corn Palace Office has received the signed contract with the required deposit. No person or entity shall have any vested right to the use of the Corn Palace for any purpose, and the Corn Palace Director has discretion to decline a contract for any requested use of the Corn Palace with any person for any reason deemed legitimate and/or appropriate by the Corn Palace Director, in his/her sole discretion, subject only to the direction of the Mayor and/or the Mitchell City Council.
