Alcoholic Beverages
No alcoholic beverage may be served or consumed in the Corn Palace without the express consent of the Mitchell City Council.

When deemed required by the Corn Palace Director, bonding requirements imposed upon the user shall be determined by the City Council of the City of Mitchell, South Dakota.

Booking Requirements
All persons and organizations desiring to use the Corn Palace shall are required to enter into a written contract.

Each user of the Corn Palace who requires any additional sound and light equipment and/or operators must make prior arrangements with the Corn Palace Director.
